Dr. Mariah Jeffery brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and real estate passion to her clients. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Mariah began her career as a Global Business Services Consultant at IBM, honing her skills in strategic problem-solving and business optimization.

A seasoned real estate investor since purchasing her first property at 19, Mariah has built a diverse portfolio — once owning 31 residential units and successfully transitioning into retail, office, medical, and industrial commercial properties through multiple 1031 exchanges. In October 2022, she earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, further solidifying her expertise in commercial real estate.

With her background in management consulting, Mariah offers unparalleled insights for business owners seeking the perfect location or individuals aiming to build wealth through real estate, regardless of income level. A Florida native, she now resides in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with her husband, daughter, and their lab mix.
